Hello, I’m Jo Clarke, author of The Travelling School Mysteries.
When I’m not writing, I’m either reading or running but never both at the same time!
I’ve been actively involved in the children’s book community since I started my award-winning book blog. I have taken part in judging the British Book Awards, Blue Peter Book Awards and Alligator’s Mouth Book Awards. I work in a primary school library, so most of days revolve around children’s books!
I love to travel just like Libby in The Travelling School Mysteries but I’ve never found myself caught up in a real life mystery – yet!
Growing up, I liked nothing better than reading mystery and boarding school stories by torchlight, when I should have been fast asleep. I was rarely seen without my nose in a book as you can see from the photo!
I live in the smallest town in Hampshire with my husband, two daughters and two cats.
